Horwitz May Promotions

Horwitz proudly announces the promotion of two team members, including:

Sadie Pankratz, promoted to project manager. A graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering with a mechanical emphasis, Pankratz joined Horwitz in 2021 as project engineer. Over the past three years, Pankratz has played a pivotal role in helping manage complex technical projects including Seagate’s Wafer South project. In addition to her professional achievements, Pankratz has demonstrated a commitment to advancing DEI efforts in the industry through her involvement in associations such as the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Association of Women Contractors (AWC), and Horwitz NOW (Networking of Women).

Luke Ringhofer, promoted to project manager. Ringhofer is a mechanical engineering graduate from South Dakota State University, bringing a solid core of technical knowledge in mechanical engineering. Since joining Horwitz in 2021, Ringhofer has demonstrated a remarkable ability to effectively communicate, contributing to smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. From multiple successful projects for the University of Minnesota to highly complex projects for Cologix, Upsher-Smith Laboratories and Entegris, Ringhofer has demonstrated commitment, dedication and flexibility. Additionally, Ringhofer has been an invaluable asset to our service team, consistently demonstrating a willingness to assist whenever needed.
