Full Circle is Horwitz’s charitable giving program. Our goal is to find charities where at least 82% of the money donated goes directly to the cause. We plan volunteering events throughout the year and have a blood drive every April. A few of the organizations we support include:
The Fun Team coordinates company events with a simple focus – having fun! From the annual company-wide BBQ to organizing intramural sporting events, this group ensures there’s always something exciting happening at Horwitz.
The Wellness Team focuses on coordinating all health-related activities, from 5Ks to mental health initiatives, wellness is their priority!
Horwitz NOW is a dynamic female Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to empowering and connecting all of the women within Horwitz who work in the field and the office. Meeting monthly, this group engages in a variety of activities that range from educational workshops and career development sessions to jobsite visits and volunteer initiatives. “Horwitz Now” aims to foster a supportive community, promote professional growth, and make a positive impact both within the workplace and the broader community.
