Minor Service Check
When: Twice a Year – Summer and Winter
What: Routine Performance Checks
Purpose: Maintain performance, catch early issues
During a Minor Check, we:
- Inspect overall system operation
- Check and adjust controls
- Inspect belts, filters, and coils
- Verify proper airflow and temperatures
- Identify early signs of wear or inefficiency
- Make minor adjustments to keep systems running smoothly
