Window and Door Manufacturing Facility

Our partnership with this leading manufacturer of premium windows and doors spans over 30 years, during which we have maintained a continuous presence at their Bayport facility. From routine maintenance and repairs to new multi-million dollar mechanical and plumbing projects, we have handled it all. Our work has included boiler plants, chiller plants, manufacturing support utilities, waste steam management, dust collection systems, domestic plumbing and process plumbing systems. In addition to the Bayport facility, we have also completed a number of remote manufacturing facilities, including:

• Cottage Grove I (2015) & II (2020): each project consisted on 300,000 SF design-build, new construction manufacturing facility including compressed air, industrial dust collection, process cooling, HVAC and atomizing humidification systems.
• Goodyear, AZ: 500,000 SF design-build, new construction manufacturing facility including compressed air, industrial dust collection, process cooling and HVAC.
• Garland, TX: 50,000 SF design-build, new construction compounder facility including compressed air, industrial ventilation, process exhaust, HVAC and process cooling.
