Graco French Lake

The first of three planned buildings at the Graco campus in Dayton, MN was a 466,000 SF manufacturing/test facility with multiple product testing cells and a two-level office building. The design-assist project had a total contract value exceeding $15.8 M. Building services included compressed air, process cooling, specialty exhaust, water-based waste, oil-based waste, glycol cooling water, multiple distribution oils, VAV HVAC systems, laboratory exhaust systems and natural gas fired heating water generation/distribution systems.
