10 West End

Located in a thriving retail and residential hub, 10 West End is an 11-story office building with a 7-story parking ramp. Horwitz played a pivotal role as the design-build mechanical engineer, contributing to the facility’s achievement of LEED Silver certification and recognition with the NAIOP MN Award of Excellence.

The facility includes a training room, bike room, locker rooms, mail room, and loading dock for tenant use, as well as a parking ramp. Horwitz’s expertise in designing efficient, sustainable mechanical systems was integral to the project’s
success and its LEED certification.
