The firm’s fabrication facility includes ten welding stations capable of welding carbon or stainless-steel pipe up to 36” in diameter, with annual production capacity exceeding 11 million linear inches of weld (roughly 186 miles per year).

North Star Fabrication is led by Steve Plieseis, Operations Manager, an industry professional with more than 20 years of experience in field operations, prefabrication, and high-pressure piping systems. Plieseis brings extensive technical credentials, multiple master-level licenses, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams on complex projects. His background spans safety leadership, innovation, and advanced fabrication execution .
Tasha Lawrence, Project Manager for North Star Fabrication, brings more than a decade of experience providing hands-on leadership in fabrication project execution and shop operations. Her oversight of day-to-day planning, combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach, supports the timely and accurate delivery of North Star’s fabricated systems.
Mike Rouse, Director of Mechanical Services, will play a key role in advancing North Star Fabrication’s strategic priorities and supporting continued evolution and growth. Rouse brings more than 19 years of experience delivering complex, technically demanding projects across multiple market sectors. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Rouse brings deep expertise in risk mitigation, constructability, and quality execution. His combination of technical knowledge, market familiarity, and proven leadership strengthens North Star’s leadership team and reinforces the commitment to thoughtful, strategic growth.
