As a member of Horwitz’s Executive Leadership Team, Bruggemann will play a key role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities and supporting continued evolution and growth.
Bruggemann joins Horwitz previously from Michaud Cooley Erickson, where she served as a principal and partner and built a strong reputation as an effective and respected leader. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated consistent success in building and mentoring high-performing teams, developing trusted client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and advancing specialized expertise within the aviation sector. Her combination of technical expertise, market insight, and proven leadership further strengthens Horwitz’s executive team.
In her role as Vice President of Market Growth and Development, Bruggemann will lead business growth initiatives that expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and enhance performance across Preferred Electric and our automation and fabrication services. She will also represent Horwitz with key clients and industry partners while overseeing and aligning business development efforts across the organization to support sustainable, long-term growth.
